FALLBROOK — Major Market, a “major” sponsor of Lobster on the Green, the Rotary Club of Fallbrook’s annual fundraiser, is making preparations to place the order for lobsters as the countdown to the Friday, September 11, event at Ingold Sports Park continues.

The popular event has helped produce more than $250,000 in grant awards to dozens of local nonprofit organizations in the last six years.

The “all-you-can-eat” Maine lobster and sirloin steak food extravaganza includes live and silent auction items, a 9-11 ceremony to honor the date and Mark Jackson band ReverbNation in concert.
